Bluewater Brumbies Inc was established on January 7, 2021, in response to the growing need to care for horses found wandering in Bluewater Park and surrounding areas in Queensland. These horses, often referred to as brumbies, were at risk near busy roads and needed rescue, care, and safe rehoming.
As a small but dedicated charity organization, we have built a comprehensive animal welfare program that addresses every aspect of horse rescue - from safe trapping and removal from dangerous areas to veterinary care, rehabilitation, and finding loving forever homes.
